I found this manga really cute but the 2nd story was the one that made it better (a seme and a seme in a relationship and the older one let's the younger one fuck him and it's just too cute;-;) I can understand why this makes a lot of people uncomfortable because the dude keeps on saying Daddy Daddy DADDY (Jeeez) but I'm quite a chilled person so I ignored it most of the time and continued on! They aren't blood related so I guess that's why I wasn't put off.
