I strongly distaste that appalling personality that it Eunjae’s. He’s pretty but the lack of remorse and manipulative tactics he uses on someone that genuinely cares for him sickens and annoys me. I’m frustrated by just reading about his behavior for 4 chapters. When the Owner gets his sweet retribution for being lied to and manipulated, I can’t wait to see Eunjae crash and burn.

On the bright side, the second couple’s fluff is already warming up my heart. I wish them the best ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

Also, seeing a female alpha and male omega as a couple would be amazing- they could both have kids because they both have sperm and uteruses. Like imagine they both get pregnant at the same time? That’s adorable. Those kids would be the first kids that can say, we didn’t share the same womb but same parents. This is amazing. I hope one day we do get this!

This doesn’t have an official translation yet but I hope it does eventually so I can go support the author (bc I genuinely don’t know how Bomtoon works- if it could get on Lezhin Kr, then that would be wonderful too bc then, I could help!). So to start off where chapter 24 left us, Hyeok asks Inseo, “Why does it bother him?” Bc Inseo got really mad at the boss and the possibility that the boss might steal Hyeok away from him.

So Inseo begins to wonder and he says that he doesn’t know- he’s just angry. AND THEN, Hyeok is like, “To me, it’s seems like you’re jealous bc you like me.” And then Inseo realises that he was in fact jealous (Brushing over the “you like me” bit) and starts apologising to Hyeok realising his mistake.

Hyeok then reminisces to their past about how Inseo would always get jealous whenever Hyeok would make new friends- Hyeok thought it’s bc Inseo wants to be the centre of attention- bc Hyeok notes that he himself is a friendly, charismatic person similar to Inseo. I feel like he brushed it off growing up.

Hyeok then asks again, “Are you jealous?” And Inseo says that he wasn’t ‘ignoring’ (TN: may be a different word) him, he was just afraid he was gonna mess around with a “weirdo.” And then Hyeok is like, “Isn’t that what you’ve been doing to me and other people?” And Inseo says, “Do you think I’m that trash?” And Hyeok’s like, “You must’ve thought I was trash (bc Inseo was afraid he was gonna get with the boss).” And Inseo again apologises.

They’re then back sitting by the bed and they start speaking about who they can meet while they’re with each other. Hyeok apologises for hitting Inseo to which Inseo replies that he deserved it. And then, Hyeok says something along the lines of, “So we’ll be doing this exclusively until we’re dead.” Hyeok then thinks, as Inseo starts to initiate a kiss, that he wanted to say, “Until I find someone to date” but he knew it was going to hurt (Side note: I think he thought it would hurt himself(Hyeok) if he said it but also Inseo- I’ll explain at the end of this*) if he said it so he chose not to.)

It’s then night time- given by the amount of condom wrappers there are on the floor- they went at it for a while. Hyeok’s asleep but Inseo’s just staring at him as they cuddle, thinking back to the times Hyeok has asked him if he liked him and get ready-

Inseo says, “Yi-Hyeok, I- How can I not like you? Sleep well. Dreaming of me. Today, I like you, Yi-Hyeok-ah.” And kisses him sweetly. (The ‘How can I not like you?’ And ‘Today, I like you’ was bolded to emphasise the intensity of Inseo’s words;-;<3)

BESTIES, INSEO WASNT OBLIVIOUS TO HIS FEELINGS. We all knew by know that Inseo has always had feelings for Hyeok and it was simple to assume he was oblivious to it due to his nature (a nature provided from Hyeok’s perspective!) So, all this time, Inseo knew he liked Hyeok. Omg- I thought this might be a possibility but it’s so shocking. Makes sense as to why it turned him on so much picturing Hyeok say, “I like you Inseo.” Omg my whole heart is feeling some intense way for Inseo…Having feelings for someone for that long- wow;-;

*If Hyeok is saying that it would hurt- he could mean himself or Inseo bc what if (and it seems like) Hyeok has begun to realise that Inseo does have some sort of feelings towards him. I think this is a possibility but I also think that Hyeok is also slowly coming to terms with the fact that he may also be catching feelings for Inseo.;-;

What if Hyeok isn’t really asleep tho? That would be wild

What an eventful chapter, my friends. I feel so overwhelmed with warm emotions for them;-;

Edit 2: Rereading this from the beginning after knowing Inseo’s always known his feelings and all the times we’ve seen Hyeok from his perspective- it really slaps differently bc you can see that initially, Inseo didn’t want to go further (bc as his mother said in ch 2, “You’ll never find a friend like him”), he thought they should stop but he let himself be free with Hyeok;-; Inseo’s such a precious character in my eyes now;-; it also makes sense as to why in ch 6, Inseo had that really pained look when he asked if Hyeok regretted what they did;-;

The extra where Shinji and Joy are just being adorable- I’m so happy. Shinji looks so good at a healthy weight, vibrant skin and short hair (even though he was tired cause they had a ‘fun’ night- hehehe ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶) and Joy looks adorable with his long hair, shining eyes and warm smiles- I’m so happy I can’t even ╥﹏╥<3 I love these two so much- I’ve literally been reading this since the day it initially started on Webtoon and I’ve been following it since. I can’t wait for the day they’re out of that fathers toxic grasp- they’ll only be surrounded by love, light and peace then ╥﹏╥<3

How wonderful the development can be when you’re open about your feelings from the get go. Ajusshi really bypassed the being ignored-miscommunication phase just by honestly and earnestly confessing- I love that. I can’t wait to witnessed the warmth and happiness-maybe even initial awkwardness, of their date.

So, I saw everyone saying Yeonwu is going to have a ‘bad bitch’ arc and I wanted to check it out so I google translated many snippets of the chapters to understand what’s generally going on:

So basically, after this chapter, Yeonwu keeps thinking about Taehwan and what they’ve been doing. Alex comes in and sheds some clarity of reason onto Yeonwu that this situationship is going to hurt and if he’s happy with that? Yeonwu says that that was broken a long time ago and he doesn’t know how to measure happiness.

Yeonwu and Alex’s friendship gets closer. Taehwan sees Yeonwu smiling while out with Alex and he gets ‘annoyed’ (He’s jealous). Yeonwu goes over to Taehwan’s and they’re both reminded of their highschool life. Yeonwu thought that Taehwan wouldn’t want to speak of it but was pleasantly surprised and also that this is the first normal conversation they’ve had bc usually, it’s just sex. Taehwan then tells Yeonwu that he’s always wondered how he can button up his shirt all the way to the top and Yeonwu replies that he likes the feeling and Taehwan chuckles while jokingly saying something along the lines of, “That’s weird.” Yeonwu is so shocked by this that he even says, “I’m okay with harsh words so why do I feel like crying now [Bc Taehwan was being nice].”
After the homework, they go do the do, Taehwan’s hands brush Yeonwu’s throat- Yeonwu, even tho scared, grabs Taehwan’s hands to his throat saying it’s okay but Taehwan doesn’t choke him and Yeonwu thinks this is on whim but Taehwan saw Yeonwu trembling and he chose not to.

Yeonwu passes out at Taehwan’s, Taehwan tell him as he sleeps that he has to leave early but he also lies beside Yeonwu (after pinching his cheeks playfully) as he flashes back to Yeonwu’s trembling hands and says something that’s meant to be warm and caring but made no sense when I translated it.

Taehwan goes to pick up his childhood friend (Emma? Is it?). Yeonwu wakes up in Taehwan’s bed and fangirls to the thought of sleeping in the same bed as Taehwan. He also says that he felt that him and Taehwan are getting closer. (side note: I think so too. Taehwan was most toxic at the beginning of this relationship but as the chapters progress, he’s becoming warmer and caring more for Yeonwu in his own way.) He’s happy. Yeonwu and Alex go out to the club. There, Emma and Taehwan walk in as Yeonwu and Alex watch. Yeonwu looks like a sad puppy. Alex and Taehwan are being ‘friendly’ and eventually, Yeonwu interjects and says that him and Alex will be leaving first and that he hopes Taehwan has a good time while smiling. As he leaves with Alex, Yeonwu’s hand is on Alex’s back and Taehwans neck veins pop bc mans is ‘annoyed’ (he’s jealous).

Eventually, him and Alex go somewhere and then as Yeonwu’s walking back home, he’s thinking about how he got jealous over a girl he doesn’t know and that as soon as he saw them, he wanted to leave. He notes something Alex helped him realise, ‘if he doesn’t end it first, it’ll still eventually come to an end.’ As he’s thinking this, Blondie that first choked Yeonwu that time pops up behind him, says he won’t choke him again and that he’ll be careful this time. Yeonwu has his first real bad b moment (in my eyes) by telling him something that severely wounded his ego because Blondie starts strangling Yeonwu.

Now, we know Taehwan (who just started a cigarette, saw Yeonwu in danger, runs to him as his cigarette falls) comes to his rescue (he first makes sure Yeonwu’s alright) before punching the shit out of Blondie. Blondie starts bitching basically calling Yeonwu a whore and Taehwan wasn’t having it and starts beating him up more. If Yeonwu didn’t stop “Taehwan-Ah”, he would’ve kept going. They go back to Yeonwu’s room where Taehwan asks if it’s true (not just about him being ‘open’ as Blondie said but how were you meeting these people? Where did he meet this “mad man”) Taehwan says that Yeonwu should report this to the police. Yeonwu doesn’t want to bc of ‘who would believe?’ And ‘Word would get around’ and stuff.

Taehwan says Yeonwu is being annoying today (note, it’s still the same night as the club) and Yeonwu is like “Why? Why does it bother you? I don’t understand. It’s my business, leave it alone… I think we should end our relationship [bc it’s what he was thinking about before Blondie came]) Taehwan then snaps low-key and says that yeah, they’re only good at sex and that speaking is useless to them. He kisses him and Taehwan flashes back to what Blondie was saying and thinks, “It’s bs. (is it bc he doesn’t like someone being rude to Yeonwu or bc he jealous or both?)” Yeonwu then says flat out that Taehwan must stop, he doesn’t want it. Taehwan stops (mans atleast understands consent) Taehwan can see Yeonwu is crying and wants to comfort him but retracts his hand and leaves.

Yeonwu wakes up the next morning, regretting everything he said. He doesn’t want to lose Taehwan again. He thinks ‘Taehwan must be angry at him’ and might never speak to him again. He thinks ‘he ruined it again. He says he was expecting something and he was doing good this time. He thinks he was being greedy but even so the thought of this being ruined again and Taehwan not looking at him again and they become nothing again, he’d hate it.’ He thinks, it might not be too late if he apologises as tears roll rapidly down his face.
Taehwan is dropping off Emma at the airport. In the car, he’s wondering why Yeonwu saying they should end it annoyed him so much and then he thinks, “Do I like Yeonwu?” And yeah.

I got lazy around here but basically, they both go back home for break I assume. Yeonwu is near where Alex is bc Alex’s sister accidentally bumps into Yeonwu and they meet. Yeonwu and Alex go out for a day and have a nice time. Taehwan is at home and chilling with his family. He lays next to his brother and wonders if he’s always been that hard (bc Yeonwu is said to be soft) and he wants to call Yeonwu.

Yeonwu realises that he’s always been speaking to Alex about his unrequited love and he never considered Alex’s feelings and he feels bad about it. He thinks Alex is a good guy for changing the topic. He has a hard time accepting other people’s feelings but Alex brings him happiness so ;-;.

Okay, that’s the end of ch 104. I didn’t convey it properly but Taehwan is getting closer and warmer to Yeonwu- he gets slightly less toxic. Their relationship does become close bc even Yeonwu mentions it many times. It’s the lack of introspection and healthy communication that’s been messing them up bc it’s so obvious that they care deeply for each other.

I didn’t understand why people were saying they hope Alex gets with Yeonwu but after seeing the breath of fresh air Alex brings to Yeonwu’s life- I understand. If Taehwan and Yeonwu don’t sort out their stuff, Alex might really sweep Yeonwu away.

I adore Taehwan’s and Yeonwu’s dynamic when it’s caring. They really could be such a sweet couple. They just need to work things out forreal.
