Can someone tell me the reason Juju is not uploading new chapters?

Everytime I see one of my favourite manhwas has a new chapter and it turns out to be a placeholder, I get very angry. Like, we don’t know when it is going to be updated. Do we just check it again and again and again until it’s a real chapter? Does anyone have the patience for that? They first show us that there is a new chapter, makes us excited, then disappoints us.

I feel like uke will get hurt a lot mentally.
