To understand that you have to realise who Blondina and Amon were in their past life. Blondina was the Goddess of Origins the one whom gave the beasts their divine powers. In Amon's past life was the black panther she encountered and gave him his divinity. For some reason she isn't known as well as Barahan (blonde hair and golden eyes guy) whom she bestowed her powers to because she wanted to live with the black leopard divine beast as a human in the forest (they were in love). Barahan loved the Goddess but she did reciprocate and thought of him only in brotherly way. He killed her in a jealous rage and I think past life Amon killed him in revenge.

Back to the current time,
Adellai finds that bandit with the blonde hair and golden eyes and he is indeed Barahan's reincarnation. She use the key the Emperor gave her (nice one stupid Emperor) to gain access to ancient text to reawaken his powers so he can control the beasts.

At some point a war breaks out thanks to Adellai's actions after Joseph (Barahan's descent) takes control of the Shinsu and Adellai is killed admist the chaos.
I think the Marquess also betrays her.
Joseph remembers his past memories and confronts Blondina who is in hiding. He kills Blondina. In a fit of rage Amon who is the only Shinsu immune to Barahan's control rips him into pieces and uses his divine powers to revive Blondina.

I think this means he loses all (if not most his powers) but it also meant he loses his memory of her.

To cut a long story short. The Emperor realizes he is to blame for how Adellai turned out. Since he is the one who coaxed her at a young age that she could be his heir and mentored her in much of her beliefs. Furthermore, she was his favorite child and his mini-me. In an act of penance, he abdicates in favor of son Lart who becomes the next Emperor. Lart marries Lucy and she becomes his Empress.


At some point, Blondina becomes pregnant with twin boys. One has Amon's physical traits and the other has her traits (blonde hair grey eyes).
