No matter what I'm doing, I do it slower I count till 10 I focus on 5 things I see, 4 things I can touch, 3 things I hear, 2 things I smell and one thing I taste I try to breathe in,hold my breath, breathe out, hold my breathe each 4 seconds till I calm down a bit Besides, for decreasing anxiety you can create a routine, avoid self criticism about......
