This is actually good. I used to hesitate when reading this (dropped early) because i feared the plastic surgery would make this a painful comic, but while reading this, it reminded me of very important aspects in life. When i saw Sooah, my first instinct was to hate her till her guts spill. Of course that continued until i came to a point where i found myself saying, there’s a reason why shes wicked, why shes acting like this. Then, of course i was right after reading her backstory. Though her past is not an excuse for her actions, we can still feel sympathy and empathize as humans with her after knowing her thoughts, feelings, and actions as a human. Im glad she was able to get out of that suffering rabbit hole, even though what may come is difficult for her. She grew as an antagonist and yes it may be cliche/ a trope, but it gave me a reminder that everyone’s human with suffering.
