I know may did get close to him so she can get closer to the elves. But she’s also the one who believed that he’s actually a warm person and sure she hasn’t done anything significant but she’s quite sincere and did not have any usual trope for flirty fls in most manhwa of this genre, she’s actually very wholesome.
The other female is not that bad too, like sure she needed that promotion but it wasn’t like she harmed him in anyway to support her guild that’s in conflict with the mc.

Other than that, the development in both couples are pretty satisfying!
