That guy is the damn MC of Terror Man. I just asked the scanlators and they said there's gonna be a possible crossover series for Terror Man and Revival Man. That guy apparently has some ability too, I'm gonna read Terror Man after this. I have an inkling that they'll turn out to be enemies... Which sucks. But welp... Kim Min-hyuk having a terrorist as a friend is just fked up.(At least I assume Min Jung Woo is a terrorist from the synopsis I got for Terror Man)
but the MC from Terror Man is not actually the terrorist, you would know more about his circumstances if you read his story first tho.
