It's true he doesn't last long, but consider this,
1. He's young, probably doesn't even have his social debut yet. That is probably his first time in a social setting with his age group without his parents.
2. He's a boy and the heir. He was pampered and never see anything wrong with his clothing.
3. He's a BOY, and idk much about that clothing, but I don't think it's as health-restricting as MC's female clothing. (Honestly, sad. Beauty is NOT pain.)

Does it make him less of a sh*thead for how he treated MC? No. But now at least he can open his eyes.

Honestly the things that irks me the most when reading stories in a school setting. Sometimes they get away too much. Honestly, I feel like bullies are a different species, with how they treat others. If my nieces or nephews ever bully a person, or even an animal, imma smack the **** out of them.
