I don't mind the rape, I just wish the story wasn't so comical about it. And the plot... Well idk if I'm supposed to take it seriously or not because it just seems so unrealistic, like it's more of a device for the smut. The whole thing kind of feels like a parody of rapey yaoi but it's not self-aware enough for the parody to be understood, so I'm left with thinking its just a poor plot.
For example I think Happy Shitty Life by Harada does a good job with the rapey yaoi parody

All the comments defending MD make me sick. Even before Chanwoo rejected MD, MDtook his anger out on Chanwoo multiple times and disguised it as play. Plus are we going to forget he FUCKING CHOKED HIM out of anger?? Chanwoo has the right to reject MD and seek a new partner because he made that CLEAR to MD that he just wanted sex. MD was aware of Chanwoo's past abusive relationships, KNEW that Chanwoo probably liked him but was scared, and fucking manipulated him into doing stuff with another guy. Not to mention, MD manipulated the third guy into sexual stuff and then dropped him like a hat like an actual psychopath,KNOWING the other guy liked him. I can't believe people are actually conflating BDSM with what MD was doing because that's NOT BDSM. BDSM requires your mind to be stable and calm which both of them were not. You're supposed to make sure your partner is okay which MD did not, and knew Chanwoo wasn't okay. This shit is horrible and the people saying MD's actions are excusable just make me so sad.
