At first the mc tries to be mean to him to get the story to follow the original plot again but then she gives up and decides to live her life?

I think she's gonna enjoy her time in this life until it's her time to go back to hers, like she's going with the flow (at least that's what I got,) but I agree with MC being all over the place because it's so unclear as to what her intentions are in this life.
