Duke Elgy never cared about Rashta. He only used her as his pawn to bring down the Eastern Empire. He even plays a small part in her downfall.
The baby she's carrying isn't even Sovieshu's, but they only find out about that after she's given birth. Because of this and a lot of other fucked up things she did, she was sentenced to death but she ended up killing herself in her prison cell.
Sovieshu ends up mentally unstable with a split personality which leads him to lose his role as the emperor which (I THINK) is then granted to one of Heinley and Navier's children. (They have twins, a boy and a girl)

*The Foreign Duke sends Navier a love potion (anonymously) so she can use it on the Emperor. However because navier doesn't trust the potion, the duke uses it in front of her and the potion takes effect. He ends up falling for Navier.
*Heinleys brother dies, so he returns back to his kingdom.
*Rashtas first born is still alive and looks exactly like Rashta.
*Rashta gets pregnant. The emperor wants to try and force Navier to adopt the baby once the child is born. Navier refuses.
*Naviers older brother comes into the picture and he snaps. He places a drug into her food so she would have a miscarriage. Emperor sends him into exile.
*Heinley is the king. He wants navier to be his Queen and they still send messages back and forth but using the blue bird instead.
*Rashta spreads rumors about Navier. Saying she is infertile and cannot produce an heir so her being Empress should be removed

Probably shouldnt have read it it wouls ahve been more suprising but its like knowing the ending but doesnt know when it coming or how its happening u just know it happen ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
I'm not sure since that chapter isn't out for free yet. I've just seen this spoiler being discussed by the people who have paid for the chapters and have read ahead.
As for Navier, the first time she sleeps with Heinley is on their wedding night, so yes she is the empress at that point :)

i don't know yet if the prince found her because i haven't finished the translated novel but her brother did find her. However, that scene is far from where the manga left off so there's still a lot of chapters to go before it will be drawn.

The prince and the brother did found her later. Prince wanted her to get back to him cause he’s an a-hole and the brother got mad at her because of ‘ruining their family’s reputation’ so Shize-san sheltered her to hide from her bro later...
