Hazuki has got his shit together. He’s a young dad with 3 small kids who’s in college and also has a full time job. He’s taking responsibility for his family and providing for them. It natural that there are times he would feel overwhelmed especially when dealing with Minato because he’s the only kid he’s ever interacted with apart from Shizuku at that age. Also his fight with Naoto is kind of natural when you consider in which world they live. Even recently a student alpha was chasing Naoto. Although Hazuki did use terrible words he didn’t mean it like that. Like he stated in his monologue he doesn’t trust anyone else. Of course that doesn’t make what he said okay but again married couples do sometimes fight because both spouses in the heat of the moment said things that they didn’t mean. It’s okay to apologise. It’s okay to try to understand what’s upsetting the other spouse so much.

He has been working hard and for once in his life he acted like a normal human being that made a mistake. You’re acting like he’s a terrible monster that has always treated him badly.

And he already does have “his shit together.” Judging by the way he literally acknowledged it and knew his mistake. It’s odd the first time hazuki made a mistake you wanna bash him and hold a grudge despite all the other good things he’s done.
