can somebody explain to me why i don’t have any? it sounds weird and ik people are gonna be like “ this is such a lie your brain is always thinking “
well for me my mind is super quiet , the only times i have thoughts are right now , the voice that’s reading what i type in my mind and when i force myself to think cause i realized i’m not thinking.
i’ve asked my parent and looked in google and they’ve said it’s a coping mechanism but i want to get rid of it , i feel so alone it’s so sickening for me. ╥﹏╥
