I'm not so concerned about him as I would be if it were her 'twin' or cabel who actually have spent the last 7 or 9 years as her brothers i would consider Eugene her benefactor at best

Big agree, Eugene deserves the whole universe and his last life was so sad, and part of this one is as well. He deserves his happy ending with the person he loves (and has a total right on loving her, cause they aren't blood related or anything and ppl are just snowflakes).

The baby isn’t his and he is the infertile one not Navier. Navier accepts the divorce and gets immediately remarried to prince Heinley (sorry if I spelled it wrong) I didn’t read it all but from I do know Trashta dies eventually and they find out the baby isn’t his and The emperor is depressed and in despair ? That’s all I know
