    It's fanart of Hypnosis Mic. The people in the picture are: Jyuto from the rap group Mad Trigger Crew (glasses boy) and Jiro from the rap group Buster Bros (the kid BUT he's actually an adult in canon so this is merely a fan portrayal).

    As for the pairings lol I don't ship Jyuto/Jiro. I prefer Jyuto with Rio who's also in MTC haha ╮(￣▽￣)╭ It's all fair game though. Some folks ship Jyuto with Samatoki but the most popular pair for Samatoki is with Ichiro. Jiro's usually paired with his brothers cuz apparently incest is wincest.
