I want to read this but someone said there is death of the main character and i kinda dropped it, now that it is over can someone tell me if it is good enough to read for a happy ending. I have a weak heart lol, I get anxious about stuff and I definitely would not like a death of the main character and stuff.

doyun = our mc omega ( youngest brother )
taehan = our mc alpha
dojun = second brother, with the mole
dohwa = eldest brother, who "bullies" dojun
and we got the doc who i have no idea what his name is
