Loading screen not working

Is anybody having these problems? Like the screen is loading and no matter how long I wait or many times I refresh it does not work. If there’s a solution, please help.

    Like manga pages? bc everyone is having the same problem......cuz the yellow bar on top says that some manga images wont load
