what i've been thinking since the beginning is that hugo is andrea. hugo's brother, ethan, knows this but cannot tell flynn this or he will naturally side with hugo and ethan will lose his opportunity for both the perfect spy and flynn being hugo's weakness. there was also that part (?) ( unless i made it up in my head ) where hugo has lost a piece of his memory during his childhood its too obvious that this time of his childhood was the one he lived with flynn
