You're able to play the first season sometimes free, in Love 365, when it's on rotation in the app on Google play. This also got a release on Nintendo Switch and it's definitely one of their better old games.
It used to have its own app, but was sent to the combined one a few years back, after removing it from the play store - it ended up in Love 365 for the voltage otome combined application. I highly recommend it and Ayato's route is basically the true path that game. Made the most sense out of the route options and was the best put together out of all the playable characters. He's great and totally deserves this manga!
