I truly hope this is one of those story lines where the MC refuses to reconcile with their family, and just provides the bare minimum of cordialness + just does things to heal her inner child like with the Father praising her. They frfr imply again and again that the main reason they like her or care for her is because she's being useful or they can use her. And the fact the Father just striaght up said that's the reason he pays attention to her now, is because she's useful...come on man.
Neither of their family members apologized to her or tried to understand her. Nothing. And they just suddenly want to be buddy buddy now? Please. I hope the MC continues to use them like they do her.
Legitimately the only one who could potentially be redeemable is the red hair brother since he was young and realized what he did, but even then idk, because he may have just changed since she helped him, or it could be he realized how fucked up what he did was..not sure.
