No she was never pregnant and I believe it was mentioned before that she can't ( which is why they don't have kids of there own) What happened was they stole the embryo when it was frozen in a lab and passed it off as theirs when they got a surrogate. It's funny that they don't realize that it's not fengs either, but they might think the hair and eyes color are from the bio mom instead.
