OKAY HEAR ME OUT. I have two theories and I might be totally off with both of them but I'm just gonna say it anyway.
1. The blond older lady in the 4th chapter is also in love with the ML and the fight over him but still kinda stay close as friends (?).
2. The blond older lady in the 4th chapter is indeed the ML's wife that past away that came back as a spirit or ghost, somewhere along those lines, and talked to the FL because she wants her to help him move on and help him see that there is greater meaning in his life even If she did die. I like this theory better
