I was about to go on a full on rant about how the ml lost my respect when I saw that he & the prince were talking about Lesian’s future without her. But then he said he needed to know how Lesian would feel before he does anything and I felt so relieved. He DOES respect her & understands that it’s her decision entirely. (I was really about to add him to the “asshole ml” list ;-.-)
So his conversation with the prince really was just him saying “I am willing to take responsibility and make some sacrifices to marry Lesian, ONLY IF she agrees to marry me in the first place“
I don’t want to give money to an author like this, but I’m genuinely wondering; for those who did get to read it here, was it good? Good enough for the author to throw a hissy fit? Was there a never before seen plot that just sucked you in? Was it award worthy? Was it the best thing you’ve ever read? (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
I was just thinking about it and seeing her crazy act made me sick (︶︿︶)=凸 I get she's angry because she has no money out of it. We're all trying to survive. And yeah, it's fair for this manhwa to get deleted from mangago if the author asks it to be. But threats and anger aren't gonna solve anything girl.
I read it on Lezhin but i drop it. The art is good but the story was subpar. For comparison sake this is kinda KS wannabe. The thing that bother me the most was the author didnt understand jakeshit about psychopath, crime scene and fail to understand about how blood flow works. Its shitty in terms of factually correct. The psychopath personality in the story didnt match with its ways of doing crime. I recommend
I still want to cry after reading it. Ella deserves so much happiness and basically the world. Her husband sure as hell doesn’t deserve her. Would it kill him to try & understand her emotions and actually communicate about her mental health?
Like she was a TEENAGER when she gave birth to Vincent. Her mind wasn’t ready, nor was it fully developed yet. And on top of that she had to deal with the death of her father and father-in-law during her pregnancy (all alone might I add, since her husband was away). And all throughout her pregnancy, it was always about the baby and no one cared to think about how Ella felt. (I think that statement was a bit of a reach, but Ella did remember some people saying to her “what’s so important about your problem” and so I made the assumption myself). All that for a teen mom to handle…it’s no wonder that Ella showed signs of having postpartum depression. I remember reading about that once, but usually some symptoms for this include: difficulty bonding with your baby, feeling worthless, and anxiety.
And because everyone thought she was fine and had no regard towards her mental health, they kept pushing the role of “mother” towards her when she wasn’t in the right head space to be one.
I could give less of a fuck towards the dad tho. Like okay, he genuinely loves Ella & feels hurt whenever she refers to him as her “best choice”. And then goes around & gets angry at her for not understanding what he means. Then try to communicate better I guess???? Idk what to say, I feel a tiny bit of sympathy towards him, but not to the point I’d write a whole ass essay about him and his troubles lol.
I love this a lot . Also I read the spoilers and thank god she doesn’t end up with Khalid. I mean sure I guess I can sorta see why he killed her, BUT he’s still a piece of shit & dealt with that situation the wrong way. So no amount of sympathy from his eventual redemption arc & the logic from some die hard Khalid fans will make me like him. Fuck him, he’s an asshole and a creep anyways. (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸 he deserves all the pain he’s gonna get

After reading the spoilers I’m so disappointed that Renage doesn’t end up with the mc. Renage is literally the only one who cares about her feelings & well being. Between a brother who’s obsessed with you & possibly views you in a romantic way and a guy who’s going to go down the yandere route and lock you up as well, Renage is clearly the only best option. BUT NOOOO ITS SO HOT TO BE IMPRISONED BY YOUR ATTRACTIVE CAPTOR HUH?! RENAGE IS BEST BOI I TELL YOU. HE IS THE BESTEST OF BOIS. FUCK THIS STORY, IM ONLY GOING TO CONTINUE READING THIS JUST FOR RENAGE. I NEED MORE SCREENSHOTS OF HIM
From the spoilers i read, iyana's brother locks her up in their house after she's released from prison. He keeps her there for 4 years. After iyana escapes, she is then captured by the ML. This is because she broke her promise to meet him after he's released. So yeah, he kept her prisoner in his house now cuz he's afraid she might disappear.
Remember when he said she wasn’t ready for a relationship yet & that she still has things to accomplish??? Anyways, I saw a comment that said how harmful the duke’s final words were to her & how it could possibly affect her. And I’m curious if it will show that in the next chapter. Like he told a woman who has no where else to go & has found happiness by his side with the other servants “to disappear” basically. Idk in what way he meant by that but hearing those words would surely crush her. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
She literally told him that his feelings weren’t real. I would be angry too. Who the fuck is anybody to tell me that my feelings aren’t real? Yeah, no. You act like she’s the only one who should be hurt, not him, when his feelings were rejected in that way. It’s not bad that she rejected him, but the way she did was cruel. She could have said something like how she wasn’t ready, but no, she flat out told him what he felt was a mirage
Actually re-read that part. She said what he SEES is a mirage. Basically, that he thinks she's very strong and great, but she knows she's still very fragile and any relationship they try to have wouldn't be equal at all.
She didn't say his feelings weren't real. Just that the feelings are for the person she will be in the future. She's not there yet.
I second this. I also re-read it and what I got from it is that she meant to say what he sees (in her) is a mirage.
Plus, what I understood from their relationship before is they both have a mutual "unsaid' understanding before that both of them might just work, it's just they need time to build up whatever it is that they are lacking so they can both be upfront with their feelings without having to deal with any backlash. And it seemed to me that the duke kind of wanted to rush their relationship because he was getting pressed by the both princes.
Hey I'm not pointing fingers here, but I think these are also worth mentioning to see that both sides have their faults.
I hope they continue to show the after math of her death & how the empire falls into ruin. I really want to see the looks of despair and regret once everyone realizes "oh shit, we killed the wrong one" (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
They will blame who is exactly to blame - The Duke. Since, he is the one who voted and openly supporting executing Keira - who was actually the Saintess.
He is the one who publicly declared that Cosette - a.k.a demon Zombie to be his "real" daughter who then unleashes a demonic army onto the world. Whereas, the spirits who are pissed that the Saintess was executed refuse to help and show their anger also.
This leads to people venting their anger and house Parvis is ruined. Thats why he turns back time.
Fuck i hope they all died and never be forgiven
Wait so the duke made the deal with the blonde mage? I thought the contractor would retain their memory... the duke doesn't seem to remember the 1st life?
He does but only in scrambles. He recognizes "deja vu" moments.
Yes he made a deal with the mage to turn back time because the world was in chaos, house Parvis was blamed for this due to the Duke's actions by his active role in the execution of his daughter (the actual saintess) and his declaring "Cosette" (which turned out to be a demon) the "real" Parvis Princess.
This leads his house to fall into ruin and the mage was most likely compelled to help due to the catastrophe that was unleashed onto the world by the spirits being angered AND by Cosette's demonic hoarde.
