the scene where they're walking and pondering whether they'd date again is such a gut-punching one for me tbh. i get where saeko is coming from because breaking up with someone you love consumes so much of you to the point that it feels dreadful and depressing, like wanting to give your life up because there's nothing to live for. it's definitely important that she voiced that thought out, because of the adverse nature of their past relationship together. by asking that, saeko also helps the both of them reflect on her willingness to love each other... by choosing to cherish and understand each other every single day, till death does them apart, no matter how excruciating and draining it is at times. love is not just a happy and fluffy thing after all. it can be ugly, embarrassing, tiring, and selfish too. but truly loving someone means that you have to accept those sides of love with them too.
i hate how realistic this manga is! it makes me cry. jk well i love the author for doing all of god's work with this fantastic work of art!!! i want to see more of their sweet moments together (≧∀≦)
what a shitty storyline man, i haven't commented anything negative on this website but this story, despite having great art, just icks the hell out of me. the characters are unlikeable and unrealistic. NTR is shit. the crappiness of this manga might just be on par with rangrari's stories... quite disappointing. this isn't the representation that the lesbians are asking for. this too unfortunately comes off as a very male gaze-y
