Today, I came out as a pan to my sister. I was trying my best to explain to her what it is, that there is an abundance amount of genders, that sexual orientation isn't a choice and it could change in the course of time. Also that it goes the same to her.

Then she told me she had an intuition that I might be attracted to the same sex cause of our past discussion where I keep insisting to get an answer from her about why she think it's a waste of someone if they're attracted with the same sex. It's quite interesting and I wanted to know her reasonings behind her thinking. Well, I didn't get any straight answer, lol. Also I keep hearing it from a lot of people but never got the chance to ask why they think such. Have you ever think of someone to be a waste for being attracted to the same sex? Why is that?

Anyway, after I explained stuffs to her, she find me weird, the whole pan thing. Tho I kinda understand her reaction since she's new to the whole thing and bi is the only sexual orientation she know other than straight. Also we never got to talk about these kinds of topics and I feel like coming out to her today cause I feel that I could trust her. She's like a best friend to me and life in the closet is kinda tiring where I keep out any words that would make her sus when describing my crushes to her.

It just felt nice now I won't be concealing a part of myself from her.

I see a ton of comments in stories complaining about how fucked up or smth the stories are even if there are warnings in the beginning together with the tags. But then the people who commented still keep reading the stories.

Sometimes, they would come after the others with different opinions as theirs and keep pushing their own opinions to others. Just being a complete snowflake.

And I think these snowflakes sometimes forget to draw the line between reality and fiction. I mean those stories are mostly made for entertainment and aren't meant to be taken seriously. If it made you learn something meaningful then good, if it made you romanticize/objectify something/somebody that isn't meant to then that would be a problem and I recommend you to seek help or if it made you uncomfortable then kindly drop it immediately and go on with your day.

Also if we're talking about representation for certain groups of people in fiction, we can't always think and expect that every story with them would have a good representation of them.
