I hope Prince Chen and the MC become friends. The MC has alot of subordinates that revel him but there's no one really that has that romance dynamic with him.
I wasn't really enjoying this manga anymore. The revenge was getting repetitive, the lack of any actual challenge was getting boring, and the revenge against the women seemed to be a personification of the authors weird fetishes or smth but the new arc seems like it'll be interesting so I'll stick around for a bit longer.
Yin Mei is honestly 10/10. Gu Chang-Ge never had to hide his personality from her or turn her into a slave. They really are just one of the same mind. Did he even try that hard to manipulate her? She just wants to do awful things with him.
I was excited when it first began and Gong-ja and Heretic Inquisitor assumed the roles of different characters but it fell flat. Heretic Inquisitor lost alot of purpose in the arc when this would have been a great chance to explore his character more. Alot of the concepts in this arc with the butler and the tower administrators was pretty confusing and Laviel and Gong-ja's romance was rushed AF.
I'm not denying their bond or chemistry but I think this arc could have been executed better. And it would have been better placed towards the end of the Manhwa like a grand finale. It was too soon for all this.
