Hodaka is crazy. Like he wants stuff to be unbreakable, and does all crazy stuff to things and her past girlfriends to find something unbreakable (by slowly breaking them). Hodaka like Shion because he's a guy and he finds girls to be fragile.
He has the medicine that turned Shion into a girl, and he plans on slowly doing nasty stuff to Shion in order for Shion to love him, even offering the medicine but in exchange, Shion will break up with Rui (which Shion doesn't accept). But he only likes female Shion, so he won't be having sex with the male one, and instead inseminating him in other methods repeatedly in order for Shion to never go back as a man
But in the end, he gets a whack on the head by Rui.
