I just know Dohye and Noah were genuine for each other. The talk between Noah and Dohye's mother made me really sad because it showed Noah was ready for a future with Dohye and the mum actually supported them.

For the tags, I usually go on the page of any manga, click on any tag and this will allow you to access a page with a search bar especially for tags. It’s the only way I know how to do it.
