I think jay is the long blonde hair that is an informants for the monarch.
She also appear in the recent chapter of 90 I think that was her name.

well i can only hope this continues to be uploaded, i love the story and its easy to read because of the translations. Ive seen others say this and i agree that i honestly like the memes at the end, they are silly and i dont see why people are angry with them. Well i hope you keep uploading the story, and if not thats alright, do what ever you think is best.
