Yeah that’s happed to a few of my favorites (I cried when doomed to be canon fodder went away)
I think either the translator got in trouble and was force to take it or their entire translations down or the translated novel might be sold for purchase, not sure, but yeah it sucks when that happens

I’m just glad the ML liked her and only her rather than have concubines, ok he ‘had’ them but they were decoration.
Honestly in that time period that one concubine was super smart, never crossed the line never tried to kill or harm FL or other concubines (honestly she might have been one of the 1st ones killed in any other house) and chose to live the life of a trophy wife…. I think if I had to be reincarnated in this world I would happily be her…

In the first part you confused it with another story.
At the start of the novel, ML has 4 concubines, with FL being one. One of the concubines already had a lover and ends up with the lover happily ever after. The other two gets kicked out or something I don't remember. Anyways FL gets promoted to being the main wife and the two stay together in a monogamous relationship with no concubines. Not even decorative ones.
As for the 2nd ML, yeah I didn't feel that bad for him either for the same reason you said. I liked the 3rd ML a lot tho - the Alliance Head with a split personality.
And while I did feel sorry for the thief, I mean he initially does rape the original FL. Or at least it was dubcon. He does have some development after which made me feel sorry for him, especially when the baby died. I also feel bad for the childhood friend/cousin of her. He was used again and again (first took his help to run away, then married him when her reputation was ruined, and ran away again just this time from him)
