When reading through the og non mature version, I don't remember people getting so upset about all the side stories. I'm sure there was some disappointment but goddammit it's not like the whole story isn't out already (on this site and all). If you're here its cause you just a horny mf, I don't wanna hear no damn complaining. I figured most people here would have finished it already.
"It's bad now" or "it's boring" is lazy, go to the other version and literally skip all the stuff you don't care about, though if you don't really have the patience for it, you should probably stop after S2
I'm just a little sad, I thought everyone was here for the sex scenes alone but I guess not and im just the weirdo fr T_T

I'm glad you enjoy this story so much but everyone here for the matue version is a horny mf? If u actually read second 2 mature version ud see there were many dialogues cut out because it was a part of the mature scenes, I didn't wanna miss out on the cut scenes.
Man it's not a crime to show disappointment or complain when the story changes drastically to focus on characters irrevelant to the main story, people can have opinions different than yours.
Some of us were looking forward to the build up of other side characters done in 2nd season.
It's good if you guys enjoy filler, but unfortunately not everyone does, not when this was such a fantastic and thought out manhwa in season 1

This is season 3 tho? Or are these considered side stories now?
And for yr "idk what you guys want" (and i am speaking for myself, not a general body of people), I clearly mentioned that she could have expanded on the other side characters from the main story, like for example, the lavender haired prince and wolf gang's half brother, or even explore epsilon's relationship with wolfgang and shin. Usually childcare is not a breeze as this is, anything exploring dynamics of that would have been infinitely interesting as well, than whatever the current eating shit plot is
I even liked the subplot with the yuri and her wife but idk why people struggle to see the manhwa has changed gears somewhere. To me, even shin and Wolfgang seem like a shell of their former selves as well, their personalities, watered down. Could've created a seperate manhwa for roselia at this point since everyone loves her so much.

I read everything that is available in the clean(?) version that was being updated years ago now. So far, everything is identical except Wolfgang and Shin have a few sexy times here and there. I just wanted to let people know that they don't have to wait for the rest of the story since it's been finished for a very, very long time. It sucks missing the content that will only be featured in the mature version, but I'm confident it won't change the rest of the plot at all. Just gotta wait a little longer for the sex scenes haha ( ̄∇ ̄")
I'm just saying that for everyone complaining about the filler, they can literally skip it and straight binge through the end of S3, like the end end. All of it. Back then I wasn't a super fan of the filler either, but at least everyone has the choice of skipping it now

I get your point about reading the already available version.
I was just responding to the other claims in your post, as much as I hate missing out on any extra content or so, perhaps I'll give it a go, since I really could not care about roselia and her adventures. And honestly its not the story that I have an issue with in this particular season, it's the lack of.

It's weird to me so many people who don't read or skip out on practically the entire season 3 story, then complain about the ones who do read the story and see how stretched out and irrelevant it is.
Perhaps you guys enjoyed it because you didn't really read it, I barely ever see anyone mention anything that happens in season 3 when they say they like it

I will say, it seems MUCH more bearable binging through it since you can read it at your own pace. It seems like the author's way of world building, which I don't mind at all.
Personally, I am not sitting through weekly updates of this fuckin segment again
But I totally agree, author does a poor job pacing each plot properly (in regards to the lack of plot); think they definitely lost a lot of engagement from audience unfort

I mean this whole damn series is unserious as hell. They're both nuts, one lives on hedonism alone while the other is delusional with crazy attachment issues. The only issue I have is the promise stuff, if alpha is gonna go crazy over a guy then it better be convincing! You and I have probably read this a million times over, "He doesn't judge me for who I am based on my status...!", but this one just didn't hit the same. And yeah omega is really unlikable (what hedonism does to an mf)
If you think this is a waste of good art, read their other stuff; I came from "You and I Can't Do This Anymore"
Hedonism and delusional certainly makes an interesting combo! I just don't think it was executed very well

Bros I haven't read this shit in like 2yrs+ or smt. I literally clicked into the update for the first time in forever cause I was so FLABBERGASTED to see them being happy in the cover art, like it's finally here and they look happy
Will probably find the time to binge, is it worth doing it all in one sitting or will it take Iike all day?

I read the author's other work "A Guy Like You" a few years back, so I was ofc I started to follow this series.
Aside from the red flag ML vs green flag SL (the other series doesn't have a secondary love interest, I think it's more a villain type character), this author has some weird attraction to fantasy? Like for this series it was Cains random ass poetic bg of being a loyal dog, iirc the other series has like a stone of fate or smt that becomes the driving force of the plot halfway thru. It's poetic so it gets a little bit of a pass, and this is more of a personal preference, but these little symbolic ideas (dog like characteristics, stone of fate) are such a lame cop out that leads to boring writing(in this day and age, at least). You think igaf if Cain is a dog? It's cute... ig
Like many, I saw the signs and gave up hope as soon as Cain's doggy bg got introduced to the story. Only reason I stayed is cause the ML reminds me of my ex so much
Author is stuck in the past, it's not enough to write Romeo and Juliet stories anymore to justify bad characters (refer to korean standard for writing love triangles); "It's destiny" is poetic, but not romantic enough no mo

if this isnt the most peak example of a slow burner, i dont know what is. people are hating on horus for being a shitty person, and i have to agree, but how is this not a part of complex character writing? i mean seth has literally commited war crimes but i dont see NO ONE complaining about him. but i get it, hes gotten a lot more development than horus (which makes him easier to sympathize with. DOES NOT VINDICATE HIM, do not make that mistake.)
im sorry the moment youve been waiting for was ruined by a flawed character that has had little development so far... ofc i am upset too. not a fan of horus being infatuated with whom hes idolized? simply go read something else, i dont wanna see your sunk cost bullshit. but youll keep coming back.
also? this is an extremely established theme at this point, i dont get why people are so dristraught? its not like that is all of a sudden going to change; its not like seth deserves it AT ALL POOR SOUL, but r4p3 is a recurring theme. happens in flashback s1, early s2 and here it is again.
personally gotta give it to the author for using the strange ass familial thing going on as a device for seth and especially horus. that unnerving feeling that tells me "this is so wrong" is what makes this so interesting for me
TL;DR
this is obviously a slow burner, slow the fuck down. r4p3/SA themes, idolization, familial relations? all in one? how is that not interesting? not fun or enjoyable to read, but interesting?

I get your point I really do but if it's not for you and triggers you honestly no offense to you but just don't read it, there people who can handle that and it's just fine but then forcing your views on others isn't nice. Don't forget at the end of the day this is purely fictional and it doesn't apply to real life, people just read for the sake of reading or for their won personal reasons

Yeah, people aren't just going to r4pe fheir uncles now after reading ennead. Since comon sense is still present. So i just say as long as it can be kept in fiction then why bother. I especially changed my mind after watching a ytber commenting on how toxic relationships with older men and younger girls are so popular among teen girls that it should be concerning, but they came to the conclusion that sometimes fiction is just fiction and only a media to explore some "tabu" topics. As long as you're not acting on it it's not as bad as some make it out to be.
It seems like mangaka started adding to it after a few chapters, hence the style change from manga > webcomic.
It's drawn out, repetitive, one dimensional and basic. I'm not gonna say it's boring though, it's clearly a product of it's era; heavy shojo art style, stale character tropes, blatant homophobia from (mainly) female characters INCLUDING heaps of fluff, age old plot twists and shojo sex scenes.
It's like watching Twilight or The Vampire Diaries in modern day, yk what ur signing up for haha. Clearly if this genre from this era is your thing, this'll be another book for the log. If not, just pretend you're observing a piece of history.
IMO it's a comforting read when you know exactly what the playbook is gonna look like...
Cheers to whoever reads this somehow, happy 2025
