the story is not that difficult to read!
it jumps fast like the small episodes in anime.. yes they take thing from popular otomegame/reincarnation it happens all the time!
all in all I think this is a interesting story where u don't know what's gonna happen next!(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I guess it's kinda like reading a book? Books are supposed to fill you in on the parts the show/movie doesn't cover. But, even for a a manga, the story isn't laid out correctly and the plot, drama, and character's change personalities every chapter it's confusing. I'm only reading this because I'm bored and could care less about the plot but I get why others are mad/confused.

Personally not dissing but the story is practically unreadable. Many elements change so fast that either it's a translation problem (there is that definitely) or a pacing problem. I didn't read the original book (don't even know if there's one) but there are many points that make it hard to enjoy.
1. More things happen off screen than on screen. Totally weird if you consider it's supposed to be a story. For example chapter 1, the mother is sick and mistreated and can't get help from her family. OK. So the heroine goes and gets help off screen and the next thing you know the mom has remarried and they show everyone in high school (or middle school don't remember)
2.The inconsistencies! So the heroine's mother gets remarried but why does the mistress' family name also change? I was like, OK maybe, she finally married the man since he divorced but I checked and it's not the same surname. What?? Why? Not the same instance either.
3.Infodump. Since most of the action happens offstage, you get a load of information all at once which may or may not be relevant. Like why is knowing that the mistress remarried pertinent? We don't care and it doesn't help the story at all!
4.the time-line. The story is not linear and doesn't take you from point A to B. You begin when she's four, then she's in middle school, then she's in elementary, then they get to high school and there's a random flashback of the MC's meeting with another cousin who's not a capture target and who's having a completely nonsensical phonecall with her. Don' t get me wrong, flashbacks can be super interesting when done right but a flashback per chapter is definitely not the way to go. All this jumping back and forth make it feel as though your 5 year old nephew is trying to tell you how his day went.
5.the pacing and the choosing of relevant information. If you have only five chapters to tell a story, you should be able to go to the point. The MC here is supposed to be the supporter of her cousin's romance to survive so to say. But she's still the MC. The scenes cut apart with the dates... Are they really necessary? Not to mention, they're super short so it's not like you can get any emotion out of it.
6.the logic is lacking. An example : You're a boy who spouts horrors about your cousin's mother, you get punched and you.... Fall in love?
You're a girl whose mother just got insulted and who just punched a guy in the mouth for it but... You think he's cute?
You're a non assertive guy who has benefitted from the protection of your cousin for well over a decade and you fall in love with.... The girl who chased after you to give you a trinket. (by the way, that's bonkers, no one with any sense would do it, it's not a credit card or a passport, it's a phone strap)
You're so embarrassed you proceed to take your cousin on all your dates (who does that? If it were one time, yeah it would be cute maybe but EVERY Time!?)
And so on and so forth. I'm stopping there because it's already waaaay too long but yeah, that's why it's no good. But at the end of the day it's only my opinion and if you enjoy it then I'm glad for you!!
