Their first kiss its at chapter 200 in the novel. The S2 of the manwha in the korean its quiet close to that, so it will happen at S3 when it comes back from hiatus, but their first "smut" (handjob) was around chapter 300+, and then their first time at 400+, and then another time at 600+ as another person mentioned. This is mostly a story with BL and Omegaverse-Smut, but it's not the center of the story per se
