This whole time reading the chapter while Sooha was unintentionally roasting Calix with his "I want a soft gentle woman who smiles a lot" I was just thinking of the meme: "They ask you how you are, and you just have to say you’re fine when you’re not really fine, but you just can’t get into it, because they would never understand."

- SPOILER TERRITORY -
I have good cause to believe Calix Elle Ward and Yeon Sooha are soulmates, primarily because of what I saw in raws for chapter 14.
Okay, so we all know that one of the signs of a person being your soulmate is that their imprint will darken, right? Yet as many pointed out in chapter five, the imprint remained the same, as seen below:

However, in chapter fourteen when we see another instance of Sooha's imprint exposed, it's taken on a darker color, or at least what I see as a darker color. You can debate that it's remained unchanged or that the lighting plays a role, and I will admit that even if it changed it's not highly noticeable (the watermark is also in the way as well).

I'm not sure why the two are different, but perhaps the latter is darker because Calix and Sooha had spent more time together as opposed to the once? It does say that the more exposure the imprint receives, the darker it gets. Or maybe the first time was too quick, lmao. I have no idea.
I welcome any input you follow readers would like to share. Do you think this may be substantial evidence that Calix and Sooha MIGHT be soulmates? Or am I overthinking this?

In my opinion (and suspicion), I don't think the chef is the soulmate. I think it's the show's host who is the soulmate because the host's name is Go Han bin which matches with the initial soulmark.
If it's the chef, the soulmark would the the chef's initials right?
Then again, it's only my opinion.

Tbh I think t's great that people are shipping stuff and I'm funny of the mindest that people can ship what they want, but it bothers me a little that it seems like guys can't have good relationships with each other without it being gay. Like, I get that this is YAOI so of course the primary focus is male X male relationships, but I honestly REALLY like this touching, intimate moment with Kashima and Yacchan and I think it's a great way to resolve their character conflict, but I really enjoy it as a friendship and feel like anything more would seem forced. They've JUST come to understand each other, it's going to take time to get used to the new development, it would be a while before they get feelings for each other if they ever do.
This is my own problem and has nothing to do with anyone else, but I just want to see more male relationships in yaoi without the automatic conclusion being "EVERY GUY WHO'S NICE TO EACH OTHER HAS FEELINGS FOR ONE ANOTHER". I feel like it feeds into the stereotype that guys can't be affectionate towards each other without it being gay, whereas girls can grope each other's boobs and it's just "messing around". Sorry to be "that person", but those are just my thoughts.

Gah, it's been years! This is truly a gift from the yaoi gods

Also I just wanted to mention that I'm only reading the comments now, I wasn't aware of a lawsuit and I certainly wasn't aware that there is an official version of this manga for purchase. It's in English, right? Does anyone know where I can buy the official English translation? I want to support the author, I just didn't know it was an option until now.
Okay, but I honestly think Calix is Sooha's soulmate. If he weren't, then what's the point of keeping his imprint hidden? It would be anticlimactic for his imprint to be revealed only to be someone else's name. Sahyun's imprint is also a mystery, so I think that's pretty suspicious to me.
