It's a rather shitty manga with a shitty seme. The uke has a sickness but shitty seme accidentally drank the medicine (hoe thought it was a free drink and did not ask for the doctor's permission anyway). The medicine itself is not easy to make. So yeah, you got it, he has to fck the uke so the uke would still be able to receive the medicine. But seme is a playboy, btch wants to fck around. He even had a harem of poor bottoms at the disease conference since they are all desperate for a cure. While our uke is out there at the grips of life and death with his symptoms slowly appearing. All because the stupid seme is too busy being a community dick.

I hooe someone remember the title of this manhwa:
So the mc, an omega, is married to an abusive alpha. The alpha's brother, the ml, is kind and compassionate to our mc (because he likes him). Anyway, the mc wanted to have a divorce but the husband's parents pressured the mc to delay it because the husband has an ongoing project and they cannot risk to tarnish his reputation because of the divorce. The mc still managed to get the divorce albeit delayed.
After the divorce, shit happened, the mc got in heat, ML was with him and you know what happened. Sadly it isn't the exclusive no love zone sidestory. It's a main story of a manhwa. I really do hope it still hasn't been removed from this site yet
More info: MC childhood friend helps him sometimes to babysit the child. The child is kinda like the ML, charming and darling of the crowd. I vaguely remember that some people remarked that the child could be a TV actor. But the mc doesn't want to because his child being famous would just make it easier for the ML's family to find him.
