the only thing that bothers me is that she is supposed to be over 30, yet her face and a bit of her personality make her seem like a teenager character. What do people have against drawing adult women like actual adults?

Ugh... I can't sem to write properly today, but I'll try inxe again.
Normally, female cartoonist tend to challenge stereotypes, presenting characters with diverse body types and realistic proportions, with attire that reflects functionality and not over sexualization. There's also the tendency to focus on subtle facial expressions and conveying a larger range of emotions, while also drawing considering a broader audience, creating characters that resonate with various demographics.
Also, female writers tend to delve deeper into the character's emotional landscape, with characters having a richer emotional development and journey. They also tend to write female characters with greater complexity, challenging traditional gender roles, being more participants in the narrative instead of being only a supporting figure to the development of the male protagonist (which seem to be the case here). Also, female writers tend to give a wider range of experiences and challenges to the character's to better shape their identities and choices, while male writers tend to rely on clichès and one-dimensional personalities.
I could go on, but yeah... it seem to be 100% written and drawn by a man. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

You said it perfectly. And her looking younger than him, when a big part of the story is her being older, plus the unrealistic body proportions, the excessive shyness… it all just seems like a crazy fetishization of what some men think a perfect woman should be. It bothers me because it’s sooo unrealistic.

First, I apologize for the repeated typos and writing mistakes. I have absolutely no idea what happened and how to delete those messages.
Now, yes... I agree with you. The story itself is not bad, it has a good concept and it's beautifully drawn. BUT, it's just said to see how unrealistic the Female characters are. If you look at it, even the younger, richer antagonist is just there as a stepping stone for the ex to act and make the story move on. And she is really similar to the MC even though they are far apart in age. Too many things seem to be, sadly, the fetishism of a man.
okay that might have been the most considerate thing he’s ever done!!! it’s even starting to convince me it’s not only obsession but that he actually loves in-seob
