Maybe I'm going a bit too far here, but honestly, I think she "likes" him too. She remembers the "hints" showing that he likes her, but for me, there also were hints that she likes him. She reacted to him several times, and not only by fearing him or being anxious.
Elvin is nice and everything, so I believe it's easier for her to focus on him. To "convince" herself that she likes the "angel" paladin instead of the "dark" knight.

I've read the novel until a certain point, so I'll spoiler you a few things or, at least, the most interesting ones that will happen from now on.
Aishira actually understands that she fell for Aquasteed, but she doesn't want to ruin their relationship (Aqua and Tiara's) because of her one-sided love, so she keeps her feelings for herself.
Noticing this, the Fairy Queen develops a feeling of hate towards our FL because Keith took a liking for Tiara (the Fairy Queen actually likes the Fairy King). She wants revenge, and she plans to destroy Tiara's life, helping Aishira.
She gave Aishira a botte of a sort of "love poison", that will led Aquasteed to love only Aishira, forever.
She also tries to kill her. (If I'm not wrong)
I don't remember much more, just that their plan will flop and that Aquasteed will continue loving Tiara.

Man i remember reading it and I thought it had a lot of potential.. the art is so pretty but then the storyline became so stagnant and I dislike how she can't really talk about her feelings and always keeps it to herself. That is a Japanese culture though so I won't really judge but I just felt that the story could have been more than just a damstel in distress.. guess the author wanted to play it safe.
