There is one that has an uke mangaka and a seme author and it's like that. The seme uses the excuse he needed the sex friends so he wouldn't "break" the ukes body. It has a sequel involving the seme's nephew who is an otaku.

I wasn't sure so I didn't think to leave the title. The sequel is honestly much cuter and the mangaka makes a small appearance in it.
I feel sad for the grandmother destiny. Why can't there be a story that doesn't do such heartbreaking story of being kidnapped, human experiment etc.
