I wouldn’t recommend this the novel is poorly written, and if the manhwa sticks to the same plot, it’s not worth your time.

First off, this contains major spoilers about the novel that the manhwa is based on.
Whether the manhwa will stick to the novel's plot remains to be seen, but I hope it doesn't.
1. In the novel, the male lead is extremely obsessed with the female lead to the point where he kills anyone who gets close to her or shows her kindness. His goal is to isolate her so that she would have no choice but to depend on him.
2. The male lead SA and r*pes the female lead multiple times throughout the story.
3. His obsession reaches such extremes that the female lead resorts to taking poison in an attempt to end her suffering.
The poison doesn't kill her but instead makes her body appear lifeless while also reverting her mental state to that of a 9-year-old. To make matters worse, when this happens, the male lead discovers that she is pregnant.
These are the reasons I wouldn't recommend the manhwa if it follows the novel's plot. The author's insistence on forcing the female lead to stay with the male lead makes the story deeply problematic and disgusting in my opinion.
