I like slow stories too and i dont mind toxic characters as long as they have good character development in the end but i lost my hopes in the last two chapters... The sex scene was unnecessary... But today's chapter made up for that. Now we indeed need to see him cry and feel remorse

If jj refused dan and just put him to sleep it would be okay bc we would see some character development but wtf he is actually getting worse!
