Dammit. I loved it, minus the multiple plot twists and constant switching sides I really did enjoy it. I wish the ending was a little more thorough and explained a little more. I wanted to know about Gabi from the divine bells, I also kinda wished that not ALL of them died????? It was another flashback of (KNY SPOILERS) Demon Slayer for me, get attached and then lose them all within ten episodes. All the plot twists made the story a little lackluster but hey whatever works I suppose in the end it worked bc the story came out pretty clean. The only thing that I despise is that you made me love all the little babies and then you killed them off or made them the evil bast*rd.

It takes a lot of energy and perseverance to read this bc they don’t reveal everything through words, it’s those mystery books where you have to piece it together or else you’ll get lost.
Right now we get to see, primarily, Lamia’s viewpoint and her knowledge along with Uri’s backstory and a little of Aquila’s past attempts to save Lamia.
I actually enjoy this story, it’s extremely puzzling and frustrating but at the same time it addicted to the storyline. And the art, I love their faces.

The romance may be a little pushed in this story of magical demising adventure but at the same time, love of any and every type is inevitable. Perhaps it’s a little stretched but it’s a way to relieve the heaviness of the plot next to the comedy and the regular “lovers” quarrel between Vanitas and Noē.
Hmmm, I’m starting to love the second couple a little more than the main...
