Too lazy to read, did she visit or bump int Emiliano yet?
True love? Well, blame the manhwa because what Ines said in context was that compared to what she felt with Oscar, she experienced genuine love with the painter.
Do you actually think the author would give her a love with a ML that doesn’t transcend her love with the painter that didn’t care about what would happen to the people they put in trouble? Author knows more about life than most readers. She made the best ML there is for her FL by giving her a love that makes all the other self-centered love in this story just what they are: selfish. You haven’t even read the full story yet but here you are passing judgement on the author’s work just because Ines in her naivety and selfishness thought that her love that trampled on other people is all there is to know about love when all along there was a transcendent love waiting for her. Even Ines will come to say that she doesn’t understand ML’s love. Why? Because it’s the first time she experiences such a deep, unconditional, unselfish and faithful love.
Another thing..this story has backbone. It’s not an immature story where the author makes it seem like love conquers all even when FL strangled her own child to death then stabbed herself in the neck. Another author would have IGNORED what she did and have FL act like none of that mattered and have no guilt about it. What about the man whose child she strangled to death. Another author would have him ignore that FL strangled his child and hook back up with FL as though nothing happened. Sorry, but not this author. There are very real consequences to FL killing her own child then killing herself.
You also said the manhwa made it seem like the painter is important but how many times has he been brought up in the story? In fact, in the novel, the man himself barely appears in the story. Instead the novel is focused on Ines’s guilt and overcoming her guilt towards killing her own child and ruining a man’s life. Who do you think helps her to heal and overcome all the tragedies? Not the man whose child she killed. That much is certain.
Ehhh honestly baby plot came in too quick. They should’ve developed a stronger relationship and deal with ex trauma and learn about who his dad was. Even like a natural mis carriage or if he took the pill secretly would’ve been better plot wise but oh well ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
But their relationship to me feels forced. Theh don’t know each other. The other guy and him (even tho he’s a dick) have more history and love for each other that’s jsut kinda left hanging. I feel like the author could tell and quickly made him disappear for 10 chapters and filled it with jsut sex between mc and ml1..I mean it worked but now it’s jsut lost plot. And yeah it would’ve broken him to do that but it would have aloud for more logical character development..uke jsut went from MASTER KILLER DOMINATOR to pussy…too quick. Personally it would’ve made sense if he kinda of got cold again and killed off the baby and asserted dominance only to learn more about the mc1’s past and get swooned and somehow give an actual reason for ml2 to be hated (give him more lore) and then have mc1 find out who his dad is and ruthlessly take over the company and THEN empreg uke again but now it’s a happy logical ending
im not going to disagree with you that the romance aspect of their relationship was rushed. but i actually think the mc had a really nice character development. initially, he became this harsh dominant person because he didnt have a choice and he thought it was what he needed to do to get back to his alpha- and he lost his entire identity as an omega.
and then yk he finally got there he realised that alpha wasnt worth it and he was kinda directionless for a while. and then he surpsingly met this other alpha who ended up creating a safe space for him and bringing back parts of him he thought he has lost.
i do think their relationship has a lot of room to develop tho, and i think it will! mc still has lots of walls and barriers up which probably lends to the relationship fewling forced. but i think that aspect of their dynamic will be explored.
also, personally, i think intentionally poisoning the mc to forcibly abort their child against his will is plenty of "actual" reason to hate the second male lead lol
also, the mc /wanted/ to be an omega and that was taken from him, so him jumping and latching on to the first opportunity to have that back makes perfect sense!
Yeah I agree that it does give hella reasons to hate but somehow not disillusioned from they’re relationship esp after he was « forced » bc of his family…like hellllooo twisted plot(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ!! But that’s just preference lol. And I also agree that he had decent character development but just from writers perspective it could’ve been advanced. Like for someone who lost his entire omega identity, didn’t take more then 10 chapters for his act to stop….but yeah I get it
I think I just say the other twin in raws he’s GORGGGGGGGG
WHATT where did you find the raws at
