honestly this story had so much potential :( i felt like the backstory of seokjo and yoo was too easily revealed. it would’ve been great if we could’ve explored more of the characters like the manager, the friend and seonjo. also, what was up with the him kissing all those guys in the beginning??

I'm seeing that everyone is hating on Jungsoo right now. Clearly, you've never been in a toxic relationship before. Minyul constantly kept Jungsoo from talking to people and was always jealous. That's EXTREMELY unhealthy for any type of relationship. Minyuls backstory can be the reason why he's so jealous all the time but the thing is he never tried to fix himself. He promised after every single fight that Jungsoo and Minyul had that he would improve on his jealously but never did. Something like this can really tire a person out. It's exhausting to have to constantly deal with that. Sure, they had there lovey-dovey moments every now and then but in the end, Jungsoo was never truly happy. It wasn't a happy memory deep down and that's why he forgot that it happened. I appreciate that he chose to go with Hyun because Hyun cares for him. Even if he failed his exam over and over Hyun constantly helped him study, brought him food, and watched over him. He didn't even try and interfere with Jungsoo and Minyul relationship because he wanted Jungsoo to be happy. He never felt possessive, or anything like that. Imagine being that person watching someone you love to go and date a another person and there's nothing you can do about it? In the end, I hope all you Jungsoo and Hyun haters rethink the ending. In my opinion, I think that was the perfect ending for the story.

I know what you're talking and I don't support a toxic relationship neither. I don't think Yul wasn't trying to change, he tried to hold on many time but situations didn't gave him a chance to cure him self and its not his fault, we are talking about a serious trauma here not simple jealousy. And about Hyun, I love the way he is and he deserves better. Even if the author make that ending the way I see it is more guilt-simpathy than love, Jungsoo doesn't love him, he has never done it and never will, he's making excuses after a long time that his friend has always been there and put him always first and reasons and excuses for correspond his friend love. You don't need reasons for love someone, you just do it.
Seriously??? Author-nim did NO JUSTICE to all the main characters. The exact word for this is anticlimactic. Loving someone is a Choice - for better or for worse not because it's convenient for you.
