I always see translator-sans talk about ripped scans but what are those? How does it even happen and how can i know if I’m reading ripped scans? (￣∇￣")
when a scanlator team picks up a manga/manhwa they will get it from either legal (lezhin) or illegal websites (toki). ripping scans are illegal way of taking manhwa from official sites, every single manhwa/webtoon/manga/manhua, you read here is illegal, therefore all that you're reading from this websites are ripped scans from other websites.
