Sigh, I’m at chapter 38 and I am unsure about what to do, should I continue reading this? Because well, I like Heil very much but if River and Khaol end up together, why does the author has to stubbornly make us prefer the second ML? I don’t like when they do that and everyone is disappointed at the end. And shit, is Khaol really that hateful in the late chapter?? Because right now, I really love him and seeing everyone hate him make me scared about reading this.
Now I have a question, does this webtoon follow the novel well? I didn’t read the novel so I don’t know, but I wanted to know if Khaol was "better" in the novel? I still want to like him even though ppl hate him now.
(Spoil maybe: I know River and Khaol end up together in the novel, does this adaptation will follow that? I think I read somewhere that the author may want to make River and Heil a couple??? I’m not against that but if the author do that, I think my heart will still hurt for Khaol even if he’s hateful haha... Why am I like this, even though I still looove the second ML, I can’t let go of the first... sigh, this is why I don’t want to read this anymore)

The novel is incomplete and the comic is now ahead of the novel. There are not a lot of changes between the two but the novel is a bit more Khaol-biased
