If this story was set in the victorian era or the 19th century, it's possible that they hide the belly with a corset and voluminous dress to follow the modesty norms. Idk tho

So you couldn’t show it unless it was in the last months and the further away from “the sinful act”.

I only know Potato. It's from "Papa Wolf and the Puppy", slice of life.
The origin of the webtoon started from the artist drawing about an orphaned puppy adopted by a pack of wolves. Sad as hell beginning; kinda like "Up" and Cubone's story. Then the artist drew human versions of the animals, and that's the current serialized webtoon. There are glimpses of the puppy/potato grown up, and he ends up bigger/taller than papa wolf. There are hints of a more serious underlying plot, but it's 95% slice of life. No significant updates on the serious plot yet
