Is it only me or the author didn't really express their pain in a believable way? I mean his reaction to getting his leg broken (btw how is he going to run away?) is not much compared to his reaction of his hair being pulled, while the pain should be greater. Plus it seems they just pushed his sister in there for no reason. And why did her death not matter to him at all? I mean I know he is getting killed here, but if she was so precious for him as expressed in other chapters, I think he wouldn't react so coldly and shout only once. Plus in further chapters he doesn't really grieve?
So I think the author doesn't really understand that pain comes in different shapes and forns, or just can express that. It all looks the same.
Or is it just me?
I mean, they just go around brutally killing people at school? How aren't they afraid to death to set a foot outside???
I was really weirded out by this one, but I just decided to think of them as animals who have the looks of humans, and can be impregnated by other breeds. It really made ready this easier ans more understandable. Like "ok so like in the wild they eat other animals because they are hungry. Makes sense"
Realized they have the completed thing in Russian.
