Don’t get mad at Ci Nian’s friend for stopping Cheng, it’s not about him finding out, the doctor clearly said that “anybody except for immediate family, such as parents, can donate”. A 1st generation donor puts a high risk in a patient life, specially when the patient it’s in peril, specially specially if the patient it’s a child.
It’s just quora but it’s very well explained here: https://www.quora.com/Why-cant-a-patient-receive-blood-from-a-family-member
You can copy paste my comment to other commenters who are mad about this situation, it’s okay if someone doesn’t know, we learn new things everyday. This information it’s important so thank god we are learning this now, maybe we will need it later, knowledge is precious, I’m grateful this manhua it’s teaching something new to a lot of people
I just found out about this manhua and I love it already, I tend to really dislike manhuas because of their dubious quality (exception being Lan Chi, The Grandmaster of the Demonic Cultivation & Official Heavens Blessing, I love this manhuas), but I’m loving this so much! They are such a cute & supporting couple, I’m dying, aaaaaaaahhhh!!!
And I understand why Ci Nian doesn’t want to tell the truth about Wo Wo, if I were in his shoes I don’t know what I would do, he’s so insecure about his body because of his father that he is afraid Qu Cheng would be repulsed by him if he finds out, the real monster here was the stupid and senseless dad, I also hate him so much! He and Xin Nian can rot in hell for all that I care!!
Thank you so much for the translation!!! I also love the memes so much!!! Hahahaha (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I’m trying to not be mad, but it’s so hard because everyone was throwing hands at Naruse when he didn’t realize he was hurting Asumi not noticing Yanagi’s feelings and Asumi’s jealousy, and now Asumi is doing the same, he’s hurting Naruse’s feelings without even realizing it, he has also been lying to him, telling him that he was going to meet his friends when he was meeting Daiki, etc...
It’s just not fair, everyone were hating on Naruse and now we are trying to be reasonable when the misunderstanding (the kissing) it’s happening just infront of Naruse, at his home, when he was helping the dude...
It’s just so hard to not be angry.
First of all, no, just no. Some are saying that he is giving Yanagi hope, but we need to realize that he doesn’t know Yanagi is gay, and he’s just being a nice person & superior, if being nice it’s considered as giving someone hopes then we should always be rude to everyone... And that’s not it. Even if Yanagi would have indeed gave him some hope, he still doesn’t have the right to touch Naruse without his permision.
They are adults but they act like kids, the princes who look older than what their actual age is act way more mature than them. It could have been 100% times better if this was not a reincarnation story and they were actual kids, so their behaviour and their train of thought would make sense, but of course that would actually made a hundred times more weird the fact that the guardian and the princess are going to end together (I hate that, btw).
Also, the fact that the twins barely speak with others aside of themselves (because twin telepathy) it also makes it more hard to relate to them, because we see the older brothers making tons of effort in order to engage with or make their little siblings feel better, they even protect them. But the twins don’t even show a lot of emotions towards them, not concern nor gratefulness, even less a little bit of love, which it could be fine but it’s so weird to me that they are adults inside but can’t even understand that literal children are protecting them...
It's just my opinion, you may disagree with it but still I hope you can respect it, when I started reading this I had high hopes, now I'm just disappointed.
Yeah, they will end up together... Which is kinda creepy, and super sad for Arjen (the twin brother) because he is so excited about the idea of having a guardian, it’s obvious that he loves the idea way more than his sister, but the guardian will end up loving her more, since they will end up romantically involved...
So out the box! They can’t even rationalize that they are not on history books because they were accepted into the Royal Family so recently, and it’s obvious that Rurahel wouldn’t be there, she wasn’t even married with the king, addding her when the king it’s still alive is no different than putting a gossipy article of a magazine into a history book, it just doesn’t make sense, they are suppose to be 25, older than me, they should get this...
Ikr! They should know it better and really its so obvious that the duke's son is so wrong by just giving the twins such an information that contains not having them in a history book, which means he is trying to break their relationship from the family or making them think that they are not part of the royal family just because the twins are illegitimate child and to add he is showing signs of having evil intentions to them even he is just a kid,if i were in their shoes i would know that already and be cautious to other people even they are showing their smiles or respect to them. And cmon they have powers to talk to eaçh other or called telepathy(they should have already tell to the dad that the twins have the telepathy ability so they can enhanced that power more from the knowledge from the emperor),can heal themselves, and can be invisible i think. This means they are still part of the family cauz they have powers. UGGGHHHH PLS SWEET POTATOES GO AWAY FROM THIS MANGA (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸
You act sometimes inmature, that’s fine, but they act always inmature when it’s convenient, it’s not even about the characters perse, it’s about the author, because if the twins were actually a little bit more intelligent or logical, then there would not be enough conflict, but at this point it’s just ridiculous, they have been repeating the same “nobody loves me” tons pf time, even if the brothers have show them love, but just some words of a literal child and then they get swayed on the “poor me, nobody loves me train”.
And a SUPER BIG part of my complaint resides in the fact that the brothers who are actually A LOT younger than them, act WAY more mature...
Being dumb or not acting your age sometimes, it’s totally fine, but they are never acting their supposedly actual age then what was the point to make this a reincarnation plot? They should have stick to them being mistreated kids of Rurahel, and that’s all, this story would have been much better (in my opinion, and like I said first, this is all just about my opinion)
Uh huh! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ And actually i have a twin sis and even tho we are 12 yrs old we are aware of whats happening around us whether should we trust them or not and we always just enjoy our times,i mean its common sense right? Well anyways ima just skip the chapters with sweet potatoes cauz I CANT HANDLE IT (/TДT)/
I want her to be happy, but not with Claude at her side, with her real father at her side, with her own family, she can be with Athy as her cousin but I don't want them to be sisters. Jeanette needs something to be hers, in this case her own father (I don't think the solution it's a boy, tho' I hope Ijekiel falls in love with her someday), she needs to stop living in lies and her father needs to man up and be an actual father.
Idk why some people want Jeanette's life to be tied with Claude's and Athy's, she is her own person, and so are them, Jeanette needs to be less naive and stop living in lies, she needs to start living her life with a family of her own.
But the art it's so beautiful and the story is...!!! It feels like I'm reading a novel! Does anyone else feels like this? I feel like I'm reading a victorian story, a book not a manhwa, everything it's so beautiful, it's like a fusion between Charles Dickens, Jane Austen, Tolstói (for 'Anna Karénina') & a Fairy Tale.
I love reading, in every kind of shape & content, so this is firmly becoming in my favorite manhwa ever (and I have read way too much of them, a couple hundreds, maybe more).
It's just so hard to explain, I just love it so much!
P.S. Sorry if my english is weird, it's my third language.
It's okay, hahaha, I didn't meant that this was victorian, what I said was that I "felt like", haha because of the fanciness, elegance, etc... n.n But it still has the tragicness, child suffering like Dickens loves to write... The perfect feeling of Christmas that Dickens also portrayed, the 'Anna Karénina' vibes of Toltói, but a romantic tone to it all, so alike Jane Austen.
I know my comment is hard to understand, so don't worry, to begin with this story takes place in a totally different world of ours, so I would never confuse my history saying that this was victorian, not at all xD
I read this manga a long time ago, and I came to read it again today... It shocks me reading the comments of how many people didn't understood the ending, I understood it and I read this when I was in high school :O
The ending doesn't mean that they will not stay together forever:
1. The annoying ex-girlfriend says they will definitely break up but that's because she's bitter, this doesn't mean anything, Daisuke's mom is a good person, she will not make them break up because Aikawa has a horrible past I believe it more plausible that she will show love to her and concern instead of rejection.
2. The childhood friend never says that they will break up in the future, but what she does says is that it will be though, the future will not be easy, and that's true.
3. Daisuke says Aikawa may find in the future someone better than him, more mature, etc... But that's just means that he loves her so much that he would be willing to let her go if someone better comes (and if she wants to go with that person), he just loves her that much (and doesn't want to hurt her even more than she already is), for all we know he may come to be that person one day, the man that Aikawa needs, someone gentle and mature, he may become that person because of her.
4. Aikawa says that Daisuke may find someone more suitable for him, someone who fills his eyes more, someone more cheerful, but that's her lack of self-love (self esteem), he loves her and just her, maybe this can change but we do not know about it, and knowing him he will not change, Aikawa just needs to start loving herself more, it will be hard, but with time, patience, understanding, and a lot of love, she will start healing, and I think Daisuke and his mom are a good medicine for her.
Everyone may understand the ending in anyway they want to, because they may or may not be together forever, but the manga is not telling you that they will actually break up, the manga is just telling you that the future will be though, but they love each other enough to go through it together. The manga doesn't sugar coat all the difficult things that may happen in the future and it has never tried to make a fairy tale version about abuse and rape, it showed you how horrible it is and how much that can scar a person, maybe for life. It also doesn't tell you that Aikawa now is magically completely healed because of Daisuke, no, she is seriously traumatized physically & mentally, she may or may not recover from it, but Daisuke loves her so much, and his love it's so selfless (because he just wants what is the best for her) that he will not hurt her further, instead he may start to help her heal... Little by little.
The ending is open and uncertain, but that's how life is.
Lucas hinted the fact that she is actually the real Athanasia who was killed by her father, but that was her first life, her second life was in modern Korea, and she died because of an overdose (he said she "gave up"), but then with her magic she turned the time back to her first life (her magic is special, which is messing with her dad), so Jennette is not actually the main character in the real story, it's not even a story to begin with, it was her life, probably the reason why the book she read in modern Korea ended in her death and what she supposed happened later (in her knowledge), because she can't know more than what she lived, so the story of the novel ended not much long after her death.
That means that she has had 2 tragic lives before (and she doesn't remember that she's actually the real Athy).
I just want her to be happy now... Ijekiel didn't love her in her first life, so I don't think he deserves to be with her now... Lucas just met Athy in this timeline, and he stayed because he saw who she actually was (about her tragic past lives) and thought it would be interesting how the events will unfold, but they bonded through the passing of time... She meeting Lucas in this timeline is a fact (along with Athy meeting her father earlier and she having magic) that is changing her life, so I hope we can see and actual happy ending for her... She has been through so much, she deserves to finally be happy...
Am I the only one completely drooling at the mere sight of the father? In every panel he’s in I’m all “Oh, Juvel, I want to be your stepmother”, there must be something wrong with me, hahahaha
