My, my no need to sound like an aggressive telemarketer. This person might have his or her reasons as to why they didn't want to download something such as they might use a mobile device, family laptop, etc.

Due to language some people can type sentences that sound ungrateful or unelegant, I've done it plenty when I was learning French.
(Which I was horrible at... So much verb conjugation)
Sometimes it's just easier to type basic shorter sentences one at a time.
Though if thanking her was the issue your first comment was just blown out of proportion. There are other ways to say the same thing that don't invole taking your anger out on a person which lead to starting swear wars.

You're welcome! Just so you know, I didn't think you were rude or anything! I used to be like that, didn't like to register to download thinks (still don't), but this website is really good and I really enjoy it! But like I said, you have your reasons and that's totally understandable :)
